Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled pet lover Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Development team within Human Resources. You will be responsible for talent identification, attraction, and assessment, ensuring that we recruit the best talent for our main locations (Spain, France, Italy & UK) while delivering an exceptional partnership with the business and outstanding and memorable candidate experience throughout the overall recruitment process.
This is a full-time, individual contributor position based in Barcelona and reporting to the
Talent Development Manager.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted thought Partner with HRBPs and country HR Managers to identify hiring needs and understand hiring managers profile requirements
  • Advise on market trends to ensure the requirements are in line with the evolving candidate expectations
  • Define a sourcing strategy to reach candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to deliver a high-quality candidate shortlist to hiring managers.
  • Use data reporting to walk hiring managers through the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring and selection are done in accordance with employment laws & regulations
  • Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
  • Design, drive and execute capability-building initiatives on Talent Acquisition for hiring managers and HR
  • Align with the employer branding initiatives to build awareness of the Affinity talent brand
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events in collaboration with AffinityTalent Brand and local HR teams 
  • Review, evaluate, and report on Talent Acquisition effectiveness; analyse feedback from the business and candidates, to ensure alignment of Talent practices with business needs
  • Track key recruiting KPIs and analyse reports for continuous improvement
  • Manage the relationships with selected agencies, headhunters and universities, and business schools.
  • Lead or work on various projects such as interns, young talent programs, etc

What we are looking for 

We are looking for someone passionate about talent acquisition, highly organized with attention to detail, effective in collaboration, culturally adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and creative in problem-solving with a growth mindset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition in corporate roles, preferably within the FMCG industry, including international searches.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (French or Italian is a plus).
  • Experience with direct sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Experience managing ATS.
